How onboarding works
1. School requests
Submit the form with contact and school details. Plan and payment are set later by the super admin.
2. Super admin reviews
Platform team verifies the lead, creates the school tenant, and assigns a plan.
3. Payment online or offline
Super admin sets the payment method (online or bank transfer / in-person) and confirms on WhatsApp.
4. School goes live
School admin completes setup and starts daily use.
